This is the easy way to do it from Garmin Connect:
- Open the activity in Garmin Connect interweb.
- Click on the gear icon top right.
- Select Save as course – follow the prompts.
- Send to device.

I’ve read some advice which sounds very simple but when I try it I don’t seem to have the same menus as the advice says to use. I’ll try and add screen shots. My understanding is that a track in Garmin Explore should be converted into a course on the 5 Plus. Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can accomplish this with Garmin Explore? Note that I have a premium subscription to dynamicWatch and I can import a course from an activity through that software, but I’m just trying to familiarize myself with Explore to see if it has any advantages.
