How long is first aid cert valid for in WA?
Accredited VET courses and certification do not expire.
Is an online first aid course worth it?
If you need First Aid for work ? no matter where you work ? then the short answer is no ? you can’t just complete an online course. Appropriate First Aid training must include face to face training and assessment of practical skills.
Is a first aid certificate good for a CV?
1. First aid training. Having a First Aid trained member of staff is not only an asset to many companies, but having the qualification on your CV shows that you have the commitment to do a course that is not mandatory and are willing to put yourself in a position of responsibility.
Is HLTAID012 better than HLTAID011?
HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting will include some new content and assessment tasks.
Is HLTAID003 still valid?
So, if you have only completed your First Aid recently and were issued a statement of attainment for HLTAID003 Provide First Aid, don’t worry, this is still valid for the next 3 years.
Can first aid course fail?
Like we said before, it is possible to fail a first aid course but not likely. Our team of teacher are there to make sure that everyone who wants to succeed will. We will take the time to explain and teach you the skills that you need to succeed.
Is online first aid certification valid in Australia?

VISA and MASTERCARD cards are accepted for online payments (0% surcharge fee). Certificates of completion are issued by Training Aid Australia Pty Ltd (RTO No 91411). The certificates are equally valid in all states and territories.
Can I wear jeans to a first aid course?
Casual clothing is recommended, those which are loose fitting and comfortable. Due to the nature of the demonstrations, much of the practical work requires kneeling on the floor. It’s best to wear trousers and flat shoes.
Is it worth being first aid trained?
We think First Aid is an important skill to have for life, it also looks really good on your CV. All businesses have risk assessments in place which require a certain ratio of nominated First Aiders to employees, so this could boost your chances of employment and you could be the difference between life and death!
