Where does the Disney 10K go?
The 5K takes place at Animal Kingdom, but the starting point for the 10K and half marathon has varied, and is currently the Magic Kingdom parking lot. Both races end at Epcot.
Can you walk a runDisney 10K?
Yes, walkers are welcome in a runDisney event. Just be sure to maintain the minimum-pacing requirement for the race you’re participating in when walking.
How long do you have to finish Disney 10K?
This means you need to complete the race in 1 hour and 40 minutes for the 10K, 3 hours and 30 minutes for the Half Marathon, and 7 hours for the Full Marathon. You can walk these distances, and many do successfully. You must still train at a 16 minute mile pace to guarantee you will successfully complete the course.
Do you need a separate ticket for Disney Food and Wine Festival?
The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is included with regular park admission to Epcot. But of course, any food and beverages you try will cost extra.
Is the Disney 10K timed?
Proof of time is not required for the 5K and 10K races. You will select your Anticipated Pace Per Mile when you register.
What should you not do before a 10K run?
Make sure you are hydrated the night before, using your urine colour as a guide. It should be straw-colored. Avoid alcohol, which can cause dehydration and deplete your muscle glycogen stores.

2022 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon in Lake Buena Vista, FL Sunday, November 6, 2022 • Lake Buena Vista, FL • Course Map Note: A virtual option is available for this event. Set for its 12th annual running through the theme parks and entertainment districts of Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort, the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon is planned as a “runner’s day out” event that will be run in the very early morning to avoid the Florida sunshine and heat this time of year, and will feature a food and wine festival at the finish line, at the park’s famed Epcot Center. November 3 to 6, 2022 In the midst of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is a runDisney race weekend seemingly designed as a way to rid yourself of some of those extra calories you may have picked up around World Showcase. Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon The main event for the weekend is an early morning run through three Walt Disney World parks. This 13.1 mile run begins at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex, winds through Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and finishes with a tour of Epcot. (Note: This event was previously held in the evening, but now begins at 5:30am.) The 2021 registration cost for the Half Marathon is $215.
